These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the SMS/MMS text messaging services (“Text Services”) provided by Ben Tire Distributors, Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through RingCentral. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from us, including but not limited to:
Appointment reminders
Account updates
Promotions, offers, or marketing messages
Customer service communications
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
2. Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying:
STOP to cancel
HELP for assistance
After you send a request to unsubscribe, you may receive one final message confirming your choice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this service. You must also be the owner or authorized user of the mobile device you use to opt-in.
4. Carriers & Delivery
Text messages may not be available on all mobile carriers or devices. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered messages.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your mobile number and any information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your use of or reliance on the Text Services, including but not limited to:
Service outages or delays
Message failures or incorrect deliveries
Unauthorized use or access to your data
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Text Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
